Welcome to Calgary gateway to the Canadian Rockies and renowned for its friendliness, hospitality and the spirit of the season. Meet your tour manager and fellow tour members at the evening get-acquainted reception and dinner at the FAIRMONT PALLISER.

Day 2 Monday, Dec 22
Heritage Park/Banff
This morning pay a visit to Canada’s largest living historical village, Heritage Park. The magic of Christmas past unfolds as you stroll through a real 1910 town of historic houses decorated with period furniture, wooden sidewalks, a candy shop and bakery. It is easy to get into the spirit of the season! This afternoon travel along some of Canada’s most scenic landscapes along the Trans-Canada Highway, into Banff National Park and the famous resort town of Banff. You will find yourself surrounded by snowcapped peaks and tree-filled alpine valleys as you arrive at the Rimrock Resort, where you will dine this evening in the Primrose. RIMROCK RESORT.

Day 3 Tuesday, Dec 23
Banff/Dog Sled ride
Today enjoy a brisk late morning dogsled ride and warm drinks. The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy Banff. It is fun to stroll about town. RIMROCK RESORT.

Day 4 Wednesday, Dec 24
Banff/Lake Louise
Sleep late this morning, or have a last look around Banff before the short drive to another gem of the Rockies, Lake Louise. Have lunch at the charming Post Hotel. Continue to the hospitable and famous Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. The scenery is spectacular, especially during winter. Towering snowcapped peaks backdrop the historic resort, your holiday haven for two nights, and it’s frozen glacial fed lake. The halls are decked with scarlet poinsettias, staircases draped with garland and a two-story tree greets guests in the lobby. A Fairmont Lakeside room assures you the expected vistas. Conclude Calgary
