Day 3 - Whistler Mountaineer/Whistler Village
Early morning transfer to the rail station for a thrilling journey aboard the Whistler Mountaineer, sandwiched between the forested mountain peaks and the ocean. Enjoy breakfast and panoramic views from your Glacier Dome seat on this spectacularly scenic Sea-to-Sky route along Howe Sound, past Shannon Falls cascading 1,000 ft and flanked by snow-capped mountains rising above the rails. Soon you arrive in the charming mountain resort community of Whistler. You might like to take a stroll in through the Farmer's Market this afternoon. Your retreat for two nights is the HILTON WHISTLER RESORT & SPA.

Day 4 - Whistler Village
The entire day is free for your own explorations. Cobbled streets and peak-roofed buildings give Whistler the appearance of a European alpine village. You can stroll the shops and galleries, take a ride on the Whistler gondola, perhaps a walk on one of the many meandering trails or play a round of golf. HILTON WHISTLER RESORT

Day 5 - Rocky Mountaineer/Quesnel
Board the Rocky Mountaineer this morning for the beginning of your two-day journey along the northern Fraser route to the Canadian Rockies. In the comfort of Gold Leaf service, sit back and absorb the breathtaking scenery of river canyons, the lush farmland of the Fraser Canyon and the Cariboo Plateau. Arrive in the charming rural town of Quesnel for overnight at THE SANDMAN HOTEL.

Day 6 - Rocky Mountaineer/Jasper, Alberta
Re-board the train this morning and follow the Fraser River north to Prince George. Then, travel east through the forests of northern British Columbia to the Canadian Rockies, where you climb past Mount Robson and through the Yellowhead Pass soon to arrive in the resort town of Jasper, Alberta. Transfer to Jasper Park Lodge, one of Canada's most popular and famous resorts for a two-night stay. THE FAIRMONT JASPER PARK LODGE

Day 7 - Jasper/Maligne Lake
Take a scenic drive in Jasper National Park for unforgettable views that make it a photographer's delight. Stop at Medicine Lake, which curiously "disappears" each winter, and mile-high Maligne Lake, largest in the Rockies. Have exceptional views of the Queen Elizabeth Range and get up close to the glaciers as you cruise the lake.
